Category of Landed Factory Units Available

There are two main categories of Landed Factory units, namely:

Factories on Price Tender

Interested industrialists compete based on tender bid price which will be placed on the Reserve List. They must first submit to JTC an application for a tender request for the desired factory. If the tender request application is approved, the factory will be put up for bid.

Factories on First-Come-First-Served

Units available to industrialists on a First-Come-First-Served basis and applications can be submitted to JTC.

The process of submitting a tender request application to make a reserve list factory available for tender typically involves the following steps:

The authority assesses the received tenders based on predetermined evaluation criteria, including rental terms, proposed usage, financial offers, and regulatory compliance. The tender with the most favorable proposal is selected and awarded the lease for the reserve list factory.
