What is JTC Third Party Build and Lease (B&L) Scheme?
This particular program enables an industrialist to designate a third-party facility provider to create a facility tailored to their requirements and specifications.
After it is finished, the industrialist will rent the building from the facility’s third-party owner. Both parties will decide and agree upon the lease’s terms and conditions.
The industrialist will be the facility’s anchor tenant and is required to occupy at least 70% of the building’s total gross floor area (GFA). Additionally, the anchor tenant must adhere to a minimal Termination Prohibition Period (TPP).
